Flight Cancellation and Refund Policy

During the Booking of the Flight it is mentioned that whether a flight is ticket is refundable or non-refundable. We can accept refund requests only if All the conditions listed below have been met:

  • you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds.
  • we have sent an acknowledgment of your Cancellation and Refund request with details of Amount to be refunded.
  • we can secure waivers from airlines to process this requested cancellation and refund.

All cancellations must be done 96 hours prior to the date of departure. Only if the canceled flight is refundable then it will be applicable for a refund.

The Refund timelines depend upon the airlines.

All refund requests are processed in a sequential format.

Once you make a refund request from the application, we will then send you an email notification that your request has been received.

This notification does not automatically qualify you for a refund. This only provides you with an acknowledgement of your request and provides you with a refund tracking number.

Upon receipt of your request we will work with the airlines to generate a waiver based on airline and other airline rules and notify you of the airline decision.

Our services fees associated with the original booking are not refundable.

Please note that we are dependent on the airlines for receiving the requested refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the airline it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all airlines will charge a penalty for refund. This entire process may take 60-180 days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement.

Qone will charge a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable.

All refund fees are charged on the per booking bases.

These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the airlines or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds

Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

It is mandatory to contact us for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at Qone.

Cancellation & Refund of Hotel Bookings

The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of the Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy. Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly. In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel. Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre. Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. We shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating to us and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount and hotel will debit the amount from your card directly. Bookings done under offers are not refundable.

Qone does not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is within 48 Hours. Qone does not support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made. All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and Qone is not responsible to ensuring any refunds whatsoever. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Qone collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Qone accepts the following payment methods: Visa/Master Card credit cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking, Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Cancelling a holiday booking is subject to the vendor cancellation policy and conditions, which may incur a cancellation fee, generally, Qone service fee will apply on all cancelled reservations, as outlined below:

  • Every holidays costing less than QAR 250 will be non-refundable.
  • Event, Attraction, Theatre, Show or Coupon Ticket-These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Gift Certificate-These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

You agree to defend and fully compensate Qone and its affiliates and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited, to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

  • Your breach of these terms of use or the documents referenced herein;
  • Your violation of any applicable law including but not limited to violation of intellectual property rights of a third party; or
  • Your use of this Website.

All refund requests for cancelled reservations must be submitted through Qone, as the vendor will not be able to process the refund, therefore, it is mandatory to contact us for all refund requests, the refund process duration may take up to 15 business days.

Cancellation & Refund of other Services

Refund is not available for the successful transactions of services like International & Local Recharges, DTH Recharges & Gift Cards.

Refund is possible In case of any technical error with regard to International & Local Recharges, DTH Recharges & Gift Cards, and the amount would be transferred the transaction is being delayed, Qone shall ensure the completion of transaction within the TAT of 48 hours.
